We have carefully thought through and developed this online training course in terms of structure, content and didactics. In doing so, we have placed great emphasis on the varied delivery of the training content in combination with numerous exercises in small groups. The trainer will facilitate and present the course contents as well as the interaction in online group work.
Media
- Microsoft Teams as a video conferencing system
- Participants will receive the training presentation, as well as a guide to the exercises.
- During the course, we show the training presentation via desktop sharing.
- Participants can ask questions at any time, which the trainer will respond to.
Exercises
- Group exercises in virtual break out rooms. Here participants can discuss and work out joint solutions undisturbed in small groups.
- During the exercises, participants work simultaneously on a file that they then present.
- The chat function supports interaction both between participants and with the trainer.
- Participants will receive a photographic record of the results from the exercises.
In this way, the course contents can also be internalised online and insights into the working practices of other participants gained. Practical knowledge can also be shared.
Technical requirements for online participation
- a stable internet connection
- a compatible browser (we recommend Chrome or Firefox)
- a PC, laptop or tablet
- active access to a loudspeaker and microphone or headset. Optional: active access to a webcam (increases interaction and encourages a positive live atmosphere)
Participants may choose whether to work with the audio from their PC/laptop or prefer to use a compatible headset with integrated microphone.
Participants are welcome to make use of a second monitor - if available – to switch back and forth between the various online rooms.
