Registration

The prices listed in the following tables are early bird prices including VAT.

The early bird period ends on Monday, 24 March 2025.

You can choose tickets for the conference days (Mon/Thu/Mi), with the half-day workshops taking place on Monday and the keynotes and presentations on Tuesday/Wednesday.

The evening events on 5 and 6 May 2025 (Mon/Thu) are included in all REConf tickets. This means that no matter which ticket option you choose, you can come to both evening events.

Payment can be made by invoice/bank transfer, credit card (Visa/Master Card) and Paypal.

If you need a quote for your manager or purchasing department first, you can select this at the end of the ordering process. Should you require any help in registering, we will be pleased to assist you on weekdays between 09:00 and 17:00 hrs on the following number:

The agenda will be published here on Tuesday, 10 December 2024. 
However, you are welcome to register now and then send us your workshop selection by e-mail in December. 

1. When 4 people or more register at the same time and the total registration fee is more than 7,000 euros (excluding VAT):
   12,5% discount on the total order ("the 4th person pays just a half")

2. When 6 people or more register at the same time and the total registration fee is more than 10,500 euros (excluding VAT):
   17% discount on the total order ("the 6th person attends the REConf free of charge")

Should you reach more than these amounts, please contact us at reconf@hood-group.com. We will then put together an individual offer for you. For this we require the names of the delegates and the individual days and workshops they will be attending.
