HOOD GmbH from Oberhaching near Munich has been organising REConf® since 2002 as a conference of participants for participants.

That was a natural fit at the time. After all, as an established consultancy in requirements and systems engineering, HOOD GmbH has always been there with presentations and an exhibition stand.

In recent years, it has expanded its range of services to included agile approaches and digital transformation, advising well-known customers across all industries on their development and transformation projects.

20 Years' REConf

"We were able to welcome about 80 delegates at the first REConf in Munich", explains Managing Director, Rupert Wiebel.

"I lot has happened since then.

We have grown into a large community and our guests now number around 500 requirements experts.

Each year, together with our participants, we put together an exciting programme of expert presentations, interesting workshops and numerous networking opportunities under a different motto.

We are very proud to have attracted so many great exhibitors and sponsorship partners during the past 20 years. This has also given new, yet to be established ideas a platform at REConf.

We look forward to seeing our dear familiar friends as well as many new faces at REConf 2023. Be there!"
