Online Plus-Format

We have carefully thought through and developed our Online Plus-Training in terms of structure, content and didactics.

Two trainers facilitate and present the training content as well as the interactions during online group work.

Media

• Professional sound, video and lighting
• We send the presentation with the training content to all participants.
• During the training course, we will show the training presentation via desktop sharing.
• In addition, we use specially prepared flipchart graphics.
• Of course, even with Online Plus-Training we cannot plan for everything in advance. That is why the trainers will also draw graphics and diagrams live on the flipchart and answer any questions from participants.

Exercises

• Group exercises in virtual break out rooms. Here participants can discuss and work out joint solutions undisturbed in small groups.
• During the exercises, participants work simultaneously on a file that they then present.
• The chat function supports interaction. The second trainer also has the task of “monitoring” the chat.
• In addition, there are groups facilitated by the trainers as well as individual exercises.

In this way, the course contents can also be internalised online and insights into the working practices of other participants gained. Practical knowledge can also be shared.

Technical requirements for online participation

• a stable internet connection
• a compatible browser (we recommend Chrome or Firefox)
• a PC, laptop or tablet
• Microsoft Teams as a video conferencing system

Participants may choose whether to work using the audio from their PC/laptop or prefer to use a compatible headset with integrated microphone.

Participants are welcome to make use of a second monitor - if available – to switch back and forth between the various online rooms.
